As the Senior Manager of Business Readiness and Network, you will harness insights from the business landscape to create strategic readiness plans that minimize disruptions, enhance adoption, and connect readiness initiatives to measurable outcomes aligned with OKRs. This role entails travel across East and West Africa, making it essential for candidates to be flexible and open to travel as required over the two-year contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive readiness assessments focused on business processes, personnel, data management, and behavioral dynamics.
Generate data-driven insights utilizing scorecards, heatmaps, and behavioral indicators to inform decision-making.
Translate analytical findings into actionable readiness plans that are stakeholder-owned and implemented.
Engage and mentor Change Champions, Agents, Super Users, and Trainers to foster a culture of change.
Identify and address resistance to change through behavioral and readiness indicators.
Facilitate readiness huddles and forums to sustain engagement and accountability throughout the organization.
Collaborate with Communications, Behavioral, and Capability teams to align change interventions effectively.
