Join Deloitte as a proactive Senior Manager of Change Delivery on a two-year contract. In this key role, you will drive the overarching transformation strategy, seamlessly integrating all change and enablement mechanisms into a cohesive, business-owned framework aimed at maximizing user adoption, achieving OKR-driven outcomes, and delivering sustainable long-term value.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic alignment across communication, readiness, behavioral, capability, and network activation workstreams. This position requires travel to both East and West Africa to fulfill its responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the Change & Enablement Engine into program delivery, ensuring effective sequencing and governance.
- Lead engagement initiatives with stakeholders and leadership to strengthen sponsorship.
- Establish transparent governance structures to monitor risks, readiness, and resistance patterns.
- Manage all change and enablement workstreams to ensure a unified and sequenced delivery approach.
- Address resistance leveraging insights from readiness, behavioral indicators, and network feedback.
- Define and monitor metrics related to adoption, behavior, readiness, sentiment, outcomes, and overall benefits.
