WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Manager of Compensation serves as the driving force behind Viant’s Compensation function. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing compensation cycles, conducting benchmarking, performing internal equity analysis, ensuring census accuracy, and maintaining data integrity across all compensation systems. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Finance to uphold data accuracy, enforce disciplined pay practices, and provide reliable forecasting for headcount and compensation.
In this role, you will deliver the analytical expertise and operational excellence that underpin Viant’s compensation strategy.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles from start to finish, including data preparation, audits, template creation, modeling, and supporting managers.
- Develop, maintain, and reconcile compensation files utilized for compensation cycles and executive reviews.
