Description
As the Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence at Fleetio, you will spearhead all initiatives related to our competitive landscape. This high-impact, hands-on role allows you to craft strategies and deliver insights that empower our go-to-market teams.
You will serve as the company's expert in competitive intelligence, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Product teams to ensure our organization remains a step ahead. From conducting in-depth competitor analyses to developing battlecards and playbooks, you will transform intelligence into actionable strategies that enable our field teams to excel.
This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is ideal for someone who can think strategically while being actively involved in execution. You will begin as a hands-on contributor and have the opportunity to build and lead a small CI team as the function expands.
Who You Are
You are an experienced competitive intelligence professional who enjoys weaving together research, storytelling, and tangible impact. You excel at converting insights into actionable plans. Familiar with tools like Klue, Gong, Salesforce, and Notion, you understand how to enhance intelligence through processes, automation, and AI. As a player-coach, you can establish frameworks, execute tasks independently, and eventually lead others as the program grows.
