We are seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Experience (CX) Operations to join our dynamic team as a trusted business partner to our global Head of Support and CX. The ideal candidate will be an AI-savvy, data-oriented professional who excels at deciphering complex challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Manager will oversee Support functions, including daily customer interactions, personalized service models, customer retention strategies, product feedback loops, and proactive customer engagement and expansion initiatives. In this role, you will drive the operational rhythm for our Support leadership by unlocking data insights, assessing performance, anticipating customer needs, and guiding strategic decisions. You will also continuously innovate and enhance our technology automation and AI solutions to deliver an outstanding global customer support experience. This role will represent our stakeholder teams in cross-functional projects aimed at accelerating customer growth and revenue retention while promoting operational efficiency.
