Key Responsibilities:Forecast Coordination & Consolidations: You will establish a robust structure within Tekion's fast-paced planning environment. Oversee the comprehensive planning process and calendar, including corporate-level forecast consolidation. This encompasses defining planning timelines, effectively communicating deliverables, and synchronizing stakeholders across Finance, Revenue, Product, and Operations. Lead the forecast reconciliation process to ensure leadership has an accurate understanding of business performance.P&L Management: Act as a subject matter expert on Tekion’s Profit and Loss (P&L) management. Direct the consolidation and reporting of financial results, offering in-depth insights into performance drivers and ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting teams, Revenue Analytics, and Corporate FP&A to deliver precise forecasts and strategic insights that inform executive decision-making.Management Reporting: Transform financial data into compelling narratives that facilitate decision-making.
