Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with finance planning teams to drive ongoing enhancements in planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic initiatives.
Lead project teams and oversee consultants through requirements gathering, technical design, development, user acceptance testing, and implementation of enterprise planning solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives, requiring a strong grasp of financial planning, consolidation processes, and management reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts.
Enhance user experience by proactively improving the environment and contributing to training documentation and support for end users.
Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation regarding key business processes and procedures in compliance with internal control policies.
Promote and implement automation of processes with current and future application flows, ensuring accurate monthly corporate adjustment files for final monthly and quarterly consolidations.
Facilitate integration of SAP BPC planning, including sourcing actuals, reconciliation, and data analytics.
Partner with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) for the installation of technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations.
Communicate leadership updates and progress to the Steering Committee on a monthly basis.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for BPC across the organization, recommending best practices and collaborating with fellow BPC SMEs for common resolutions.
