The Senior Manager of Learning & Development is a senior-level contributor responsible for translating business strategies into effective development programs. You will foster employee growth, leadership readiness, and excellence in client service by building programs from the ground up, facilitating learning experiences, and providing professional coaching to leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Priorities & Program Design: Create and execute end-to-end learning programs that align with Precision’s business strategy and talent development needs.
- Leadership Development & Coaching: Design and facilitate leadership programs for high-potential leaders, including coaching and assessment initiatives.
- Manager Enablement: Develop programs that enhance core management capabilities and provide resources for managers in a matrixed environment.
- Mentoring & Career Development: Launch and sustain a mentoring program that includes structure, matching, onboarding, and evaluation, while supporting skill-based development resources.
- Learning Content & Curriculum Design: Create an enterprise-wide learning curriculum utilizing resources like LinkedIn Learning to support career progression.
- AI Literacy & Client Service Excellence: Deliver training on AI tools that enhance client service quality and support responsible adoption.
