About the job
Vizzia is building its Partnerships division in Paris from the ground up. The Senior Manager of Partnerships and Sales will define and execute the partnership strategy, create scalable processes, and launch the foundation for long-term growth. This is a hands-on role shaping how Vizzia works with integrators, engineering firms, and public procurement platforms. The position requires both strategic thinking and practical execution as the company develops this new function.
Key Stakeholders
- National Integrators (such as Ineo, Derichebourg, Sigrénea): Inherit and structure current conversations, turning them into lasting partnerships.
- Engineering Firms: These partners currently join late in the sales process to formalize technical specs for public tenders. The goal is to involve them earlier and build proactive relationships.
- Public Procurement Platforms (including UGAP and VONUM): Essential for reaching public sector clients who cannot purchase directly from Vizzia.
What to Know Before Applying
- Vizzia offers integrators significant business opportunities, from commissions to installation and maintenance. Understanding and communicating this value is key.
- The role involves shifting engineering firms from late-stage participants to early, strategic partners.
- Vizzia’s internal structure was not originally designed for a partner channel, so building internal alignment and processes is part of the challenge.

Field Activation and Relationship Management
- Work with local agencies tied to national integrators to foster buy-in where deals are made.
- Move engineering firm relationships from transactional to early-stage, collaborative partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with all stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
