About the job
Mission
Join Vizzia at a pivotal moment as we establish our Partnerships division from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in shaping our approach to partnerships, as integrators are beginning to engage us, and engineering firms have yet to recommend our services. Your mission is to define the partnership strategy, execute it effectively, build robust processes, and create the partnerships engine that Vizzia needs for scalable growth, while fostering internal and external buy-in.
Context
You will engage with three key stakeholders:
- National Integrators (e.g., Ineo, Derichebourg, Sigrénea) - you will inherit and structure existing conversations, transforming them into genuine partnerships.
- Engineering Firms - currently, these firms are involved post-deal to formalize technical specifications for public tenders. Your goal is to engage them earlier in the process.
- Public Procurement Platforms - such as UGAP and VONUM, are vital for accessing public sector clients who cannot purchase directly from us.
Before applying, consider the following:
- Vizzia offers substantial business opportunities to integrators - from commissions to installation and maintenance services. Leverage this intelligently.
- Your role will include shifting engineering firms from a late-stage involvement to a proactive partnership from the outset.
- Our internal structure was not designed with a partner channel in mind, presenting an exciting challenge for you to navigate.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Build
- Develop and validate a comprehensive 12-month partnership strategy with clear, realistic milestones.
- Identify, qualify, and secure five priority strategic partnerships within your first year.
- Establish onboarding, activation, and process frameworks for partners from the ground up.
Field Activation
- Engage local agencies affiliated with national integrators to drive real buy-in where transactions occur.
- Transition relationships with engineering firms from transactional to upstream engagement.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms with stakeholders to maximize partnership effectiveness.
