About the Role
As a Senior Manager within Coram AI's Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will be instrumental in guiding the expansion of our sales organization. This pivotal position offers visibility and influence, collaborating directly with sales leadership to enhance clarity, discipline, and execution in forecasting, planning, enablement, and system optimization.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Develop and oversee routine and ad hoc reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Examine pipeline metrics, conversion rates, deal velocity, and representative productivity to extract insights and offer recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with sales leadership on territory design, capacity planning, and rigorous forecasting efforts.
Systems & Operations
Lead and enhance key sales workflows utilizing Hubspot and related tools.
Identify process gaps, data quality issues, and visibility challenges, designing scalable solutions to address them.
Contribute to defining the future operational infrastructure and systems as the company continues to scale.
