Your Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Managers focused on generating outbound pipeline across various segments. In this pivotal second-line leadership role, your focus will be on developing high-performing managers, scaling the SDR organization, and ensuring a steady pipeline delivery through effective operational practices, coaching, and strategic collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership. Your success will be gauged by your ability to cultivate talented managers, expand talent pipelines, and drive team performance.
Work Environment
This role is located at one of our Brex offices in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Vancouver, or Salt Lake City. We embrace a hybrid work model that merges the vibrant atmosphere of in-office work with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated in-office days each week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year.
