Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.7+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, with a strong focus on business partnership.Proven track record in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.Experience in coaching and developing leaders in a corporate environment.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Canada.
