The Senior Manager of People & Culture Operations & Reward will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the P&C Operations Function. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and fulfilling all service level agreements effectively. The incumbent will proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with P&C Operations processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance standards. By providing visionary leadership, this position aims to enhance the employee experience, foster motivation, and drive engagement across the organization. Additionally, the Senior Manager will offer specialized advice regarding the interpretation and application of remuneration policies, procedures, and systems, while executing the Reward strategy in collaboration with People & Culture Business Partners and senior management.
