We are in search of a seasoned leader to spearhead our Pipeline Operations team within Revenue Operations. In this pivotal role, you will architect and scale our pipeline infrastructure, acting as the operational business partner for our marketing, sales development, and product-led growth teams. Your responsibilities will encompass pipeline forecasting, marketing operations, funnel processes, reporting and planning, and leading the team currently supporting marketing and SDR operations.
This presents a unique opportunity to design and implement the pipeline and marketing operational model of a rapidly growing company, doubling in size annually. This role transcends a typical marketing ops position, focusing on core revenue processes that drive significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implement pipeline processes and systems:
- Oversee and manage the complete pipeline architecture, including lead generation, routing, enrichment, scoring, and opportunity creation workflows.
- Take ownership of the technical stack for pipeline operations: marketing automation, enrichment tools, and analytics platforms while collaborating with peers to enhance CRM functionalities.
- Establish and maintain lead routing logic and SLAs to ensure prompt lead follow-up.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models that effectively balance demographic, firmographic, and behavioral signals.
Build reporting and insights to scale pipeline twofold:
- Create comprehensive attribution models to track marketing influence throughout the buyer journey, informing strategic investment decisions.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
