At Crux, we are revolutionizing the capital markets landscape by transforming how clean energy and manufacturing initiatives are financed across the United States. Our innovative platform, comprehensive market intelligence, and dedicated team empower developers and manufacturers to secure essential financing throughout all phases of project development and operation.
With a team of over 85 seasoned professionals specializing in energy, tax, finance, government, and technology, we have successfully raised $77 million from top-tier investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Lowercarbon Capital, New System Ventures, and many more. Our strategic partnerships include well-established entities like Pattern Energy, Clearway Energy, and EDF Renewables, among others.
A Transformative Moment in American Energy and Manufacturing
For the first time in two decades, energy demand is on the rise, fueled by increasing manufacturing, transportation, electrification, and data center activities. Concurrently, significant investments are being made in domestic supply chains for critical minerals and components. To meet these escalating demands, trillions of dollars in capital will be essential for developers and manufacturers.
Historically, the capital markets facilitating this evolution have been opaque and fragmented. At Crux, we identified the critical need for a centralized capital markets platform tailored specifically for the future of American energy and industry. By linking counterparties, offering market insights, and streamlining transactions, we enhance decision-making speed, reduce capital costs, and accelerate investments.
As we continue to grow rapidly, we seek team members who are eager to marry technical expertise with a forward-thinking AI and technology mindset.
