THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager of Professional Services Architects, you will guide a team of skilled Architects dedicated to revolutionizing how enterprise clients manage and scale their data. Your role will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technical solutions and tangible business outcomes, ensuring our most complex global accounts achieve significant success. By cultivating a high-performance and mentorship-driven culture, you will empower your team to deliver exceptional, resilient solutions while collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering leadership to drive market growth for Pure Storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and Scale Talent: Attract, mentor, and develop a top-notch team of Architects, leveraging regular performance assessments and strategic feedback to align team growth with our rapidly evolving product suite.
- Drive Customer Outcomes: Supervise the delivery of tailored, scalable data management solutions, overseeing service history and environment needs to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Work alongside Sales and Systems Engineering during pre-sales activities to articulate impactful service value propositions, aligning our professional services with client business objectives from the outset.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide frontline feedback, shaping the design and rollout of new services that meet the demands of the enterprise landscape and competitive market dynamics.
- Operational Excellence: Spearhead and execute global Professional Services and Customer Experience initiatives, managing key escalations to resolve intricate workflow challenges and uphold Pure’s esteemed reputation.
