Role Summary and Impact
As a key member of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver impactful solutions in a diverse, multicultural setting. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Programmatic who will:
- Build strong relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
- Lead the training and development of your local programmatic team.
- Implement DV360 and TrueView best practices, emphasizing platform expertise and quality work delivery.
- Ensure consistent output quality for WPP GOC regional teams.
- Act as a point of escalation for your team, taking ownership in resolving challenges.
- Provide career development and coaching for your team members.
- Line manage 2-5 direct reports and potentially 10 indirect reports.
- Deliver timely and constructive feedback to aid team development and celebrate achievements.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource management for the team.
- Exhibit strong and effective communication across all levels.
