The Senior Manager of R&D Recruiting Operations will spearhead the operational strategy, enhance reporting infrastructure, optimize systems, and coordinate recruiting efforts for the North America R&D Talent Acquisition team. This team plays a crucial role in hiring across diverse Engineering and Product functions, including Early Career, Industry, and Executive recruitment.
Your mission will be to establish and scale the operational framework that boosts hiring velocity, ensures data and systems integrity, enhances recruiter productivity, and cultivates a superior candidate experience within R&D.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of R&D Talent Acquisition (NAMER), this role will collaborate closely with R&D TA Leadership and oversee:
A Program Manager dedicated to Early Career Recruiting.
The Recruiting Coordination function for R&D Talent Acquisition.
You will work cross-functionally with Finance, People Analytics, HR, and senior stakeholders in Engineering and Product to ensure that R&D Talent Acquisition operates with scale, precision, clarity, and has a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational & Team Leadership
- Lead and nurture the R&D TA Operations team, including Early Career Program Management and Recruiting Coordination.
- Establish and maintain clear service models, operational rhythms, and performance standards to enhance recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure operational synergy across Early Career, Industry, and Executive recruitment segments.
Strategic Partnership & Execution
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of R&D Talent Acquisition and TA Managers to implement strategic initiatives across Engineering and Product hiring.
- Drive OKR planning and monitor progress within the R&D TA organization; analyze Employee Voice Survey results and contribute to action plan development.
- Prepare agendas and develop data-driven content for R&D TA leadership meetings, retreats, All Hands, and executive briefings.
- Co-author communications directed towards senior Engineering, Product, and HR stakeholders.
Workforce Planning, Budget & Capacity
- Partner with Finance, People Analytics, and HR for requisition approvals, position management, headcount tracking, hiring analysis, and forecasting.
