Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Hong Kong Trade & Services Sales and Account Management teams, consisting of 4 direct reports, to achieve business targets.Recruit, develop, motivate, and coach team members to foster growth and performance.Enforce defined KPIs to manage team member performance effectively.Define and implement the Country Go-To-Market (GTM) plan as part of the regional strategy.Instill a business planning culture—encouraging real-time forecasting and its value for business progression.Collaborate with Marketing to expand the Convera prospect and client networks in Hong Kong by hosting events and maintaining relationships with associations and business networks.Act as an ambassador for Convera within the Hong Kong business community.Engage with Operations, Credit/Risk, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Product/Pre-Sales teams to ensure seamless client support and superior service delivery.Occasionally lead projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities.Take an active role in the APAC Leadership team.Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in sales or client relationship roles, preferably in a B2B solution environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.MUST HAVE: In-depth understanding of FX markets and products.Demonstrated sales/CRM success in the financial services industry.Proven ability to influence and inspire others towards achieving goals.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong self-motivation complemented by effective organizational and time management skills.Outstanding customer service focus aimed at building customer loyalty.You MUST be a Hong Kong Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
