Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
Manage the complete revenue lifecycle, encompassing deal-to-order, billing, revenue recognition, and closing processes.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures in line with ASC 606 standards.
Oversee billing and usage execution across subscription, usage, and drawdown revenue models.
Collaborate with Deal Desk on contract reviews and revenue implications for complex arrangements.
Provide governance over drawdown revenue structures, including depletion logic and contract analysis.
Oversee revenue integrity processes, including billing and revenue tie-outs, controls, and KPI reporting.
Work closely with Accounts Receivable to ensure smooth alignment from billing through cash conversion and issue resolution.
Act as a primary contact for audit, SOX compliance, and technical accounting inquiries.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and mitigate operational risk.
Build and foster a high-performing team dedicated to revenue operations and accounting.
Who You Are:
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or revenue management, including experience at a Big 4 firm.
CPA certification is required.
Extensive knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue models (usage, drawdown, multi-element arrangements).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-complexity environment.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
