As we expand our operations, we are thrilled to welcome a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to our global team. This position is based in London (Hybrid - 3 days a week).
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will report directly to the Head of Commercial, Planning, and Analytics, and will be a key player in executing our product strategy across retail. This role involves leading a high-performance team of Sales Operations Managers (SOMs) across various countries to ensure that all internal KPIs are achieved. As the primary resource for operational functions that drive revenue and margin for assigned retail accounts, the Senior Manager will actively monitor real-time business challenges, analyze data, and propose immediate action plans to resolve issues or capitalize on opportunities. The ideal candidate will foster relationships with the global SharkNinja team to implement best practices and processes from our North American operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Operations Managers (SOMs) to meet individual and team goals while providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on both forecast accuracy and attainment (revenue and POS), ensuring that we meet our commitments.
