As the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for the APJ region, you will take the lead in developing Vanta's Solutions Engineering team, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to ensure exceptional pre-sales technical execution. Your role will encompass building a high-performing team and fostering impactful results across new business initiatives, customer expansions, and partner channels throughout APJ.
In this position, you will blend hands-on leadership with strategic foresight, establishing repeatable best practices, mentoring Solutions Engineering talent, and acting as a trusted advisor to both our clients and our go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Build, guide, and oversee the Solutions Engineering team across APJ, ensuring robust coverage for enterprise, commercial, growth, and SMB segments.
Revenue Growth: Collaborate with Sales leadership to enhance conversion rates, expedite deal cycles, and optimize resource allocation to drive ARR growth.
Customer Interaction: Engage in critical discussions with customers and prospects, assisting senior stakeholders in conveying Vanta’s value proposition to CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders, while maintaining regular communication with clients and partners across the region.
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement a consistent operational framework, ensuring accurate forecasting, thorough deal inspection, and scalable best practices.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to represent the voice of the APJ customer and influence priority setting on the product roadmap.
Global Center of Excellence: Contribute to Vanta’s Global Solutions Center of Excellence by creating playbooks, enablement frameworks, and knowledge-sharing practices that can be scaled globally.
Talent Development: Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier Solutions Engineering talent in APJ, cultivating an inclusive and high-performance culture.
