Your Role at Arc'teryx:
As the Senior Manager, Specialty Sales - USA, you will hold a crucial leadership position in driving the growth and direction of Arc’teryx’s Specialty Wholesale division across the United States. Your role will involve being a strategic advisor and collaborative partner, ensuring that our brand is effectively represented in specialty retail environments, particularly in the Snow, Trail, and Climb sectors. Your strategic influence will enhance the Specialty channel through thorough planning, empowering our partners, and aligning internal teams.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Territory Managers to implement the US Specialty strategy, ensuring that our product offerings, brand storytelling, and customer service are in harmony with our long-term strategic vision. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wholesale in the US, guaranteeing that every customer interaction embodies the values and community spirit of Arc’teryx.
