Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Technical Architecture team within Professional Services. This pivotal role is responsible for the implementation of Okta services, requiring a seasoned leader with a strong background in Security and/or Identity & Access Management. You will adeptly convey the value of Auth0 to clients of all sizes.
As a 'player-coach', you will lead a high-performing team of Technical Architects, offering mentorship and guidance. This role demands substantial experience in field operations and people management.
You should possess a proven track record in managing technical teams, resource forecasting, change management, and achieving operational excellence within Professional Services. A deep understanding of metrics reporting, capacity planning, and utilization targets is essential. You will have a strong consulting background, adept at managing multiple work streams and effectively resolving client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and retain a top-tier team of Professional Service Technical Architects.
- Provide hands-on management, mentorship, and support to foster their technical, professional, and career development.
- Enhance team skills to ensure successful delivery of Okta solutions to customers, while managing performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with partners to enable delivery and address performance metrics.
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, effectively managing relationships and communications throughout project lifecycles.
