Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, offering direction and professional development support.
Build and nurture strong relationships across engineering, product management, operations, and leadership teams.
Define and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance execution efficiency and transparency.
Oversee program status reporting, progress updates, risk assessment, and key metrics communication to stakeholders at all levels.
Promote best practices in program management and delivery throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Program Management and fellow TPM managers to align program deliverables with organizational goals.
Encourage a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment.

Proven experience in software program/project management and team leadership.
