- Utilize your extensive experience and expertise to critically assess, challenge, and enhance current processes and products. - Deepen and apply essential business skills, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic team environment.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including Product/Tech, Legal, Finance, and external partners, to facilitate successful project implementations.
- Transform our extended warranty and maintenance subscription program into significant revenue generators: establish financial targets, develop planning frameworks, implement cost-controlling measures, create training materials, refine product content, and drive revenue growth through targeted management and renewal initiatives.
