ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Electronics to join our dynamic team in Lexington, MA. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the manufacturing processes for our electronic and electromechanical assemblies, ensuring that designs are produced cost-effectively, reliably tested, and scalable to meet production demands. You will be the primary contact on the production floor for diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical and electromechanical failures, leading root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to enhance First Pass Yield and minimize rework. Your collaboration will extend to new product introductions, partnering closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to continuously optimize our value stream in response to growing demand. This position demands extensive hands-on expertise in electronics troubleshooting, functional test development, and DFM/DFT principles, coupled with strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
