Join our dynamic Marketing team in France as a Senior Marketing Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision-making by ensuring the accurate collection, validation, and visualization of media performance data.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, capable of delivering rapid, actionable insights into our marketing leverages while developing robust and scalable measurement systems for the future. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data pipeline: data collection, modeling, dashboard creation, and automated reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboarding:
Design and maintain automated dashboards to monitor multi-channel performance in real-time (GA4, Adjust, BigQuery/SQL).
Continuously evolve dashboards based on business needs and new channels, adapting visualizations for different user requirements.
Translate data and performance metrics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Participate in the establishment and monitoring of performance targets across all brands and markets.
Marketing Data Modeling and Tracking:
Work alongside internal media experts (SEA, SEO, CRM, Display) to ensure automated tracking of KPIs by leveraging various data sources (media-centric and site/app-centric).
Forecast key KPIs (traffic & leads) across all brands/markets to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the internal tracking team to ensure reliable data collection across Web and App environments for all marketing levers (tag implementation, tracking issue diagnostics).
Establish alert systems to identify potential issues and performance concerns in line with business objectives.
Implement measurement impact tests for marketing actions: A/B testing, incrementality studies, attribution models, ROAS, post-test studies, etc. in partnership with the Data teams.
