Role Summary:
The Senior Marketing Analyst will harness customer and marketing data to unveil actionable insights that propel Zoro's growth. Key responsibilities include the design and execution of advanced analytical methods (such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and A/B testing, with an emphasis on geo/user-based approaches) to evaluate channel efficacy and enhance marketing strategies. The overarching aim is to formulate data-driven, bottom-up recommendations aimed at optimizing marketing expenditures and elevating revenue per customer.
