We are seeking an exceptionally organized and results-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to enhance our daily executive operations, manage marketing implementations, coordinate content, and oversee program administration. The focus of this position is not on strategic marketing leadership, but rather on consistent execution, systematic implementation, and the assurance that all marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows operate seamlessly and effectively from the outset.
What You’ll Own
Core Executive & Operational Support
- Facilitate daily administrative coordination.
- Organize calendars, manage scheduling, and streamline communication workflows.
- Maintain structured project tracking sheets and ensure task completion.
- Identify workflow gaps proactively and recommend efficiency improvements.
Marketing Execution & Social Media Management
- Develop, design, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups.
- Manage audience engagement, direct messaging, and community interaction.
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare organized performance reports.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns for programs and events.
Content Creation & Program Materials
- Edit and produce engaging short-form video content and graphics that align with brand messaging.
- Format and organize program documents including scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets.
- Ensure branding and content presentation consistency across all platforms.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Develop and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel.
- Execute outreach campaigns and follow-ups with prospects and participants.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and effective pipeline tracking.
Program & Membership Administration
- Organize and update digital program materials.
- Track member progress and support participant communications.
- Address minor technical issues within online platforms.
Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support
- Conduct research to develop Ideal Client Profiles and prospect lists.
- Support initiatives for lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Assist with minor website updates and account setups.
- Compile reports and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
