Your Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled marketing expert to join our Restaurant Marketing Team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Restaurant Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving growth initiatives with renowned national restaurant partners such as Nando’s, Wagamama, and Pho. Additionally, you will craft and implement marketing strategies and toolkits to support smaller, yet impactful, restaurant brands. As the primary marketing liaison for these partners, your collaboration will be key to achieving shared objectives and delivering mutual success. You will be the voice of both the restaurant and the customer across various cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of strategies. Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and lead the marketing partnership with selected restaurant brands including Nando’s, Wagamama, and Pho.
Develop annual business plans with key restaurant partners to propel growth on the Deliveroo platform.
Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy and toolkit for broader application across the Marketing team to serve smaller scale or regional restaurant partners effectively.
Aid in acquiring new national restaurant partners by formulating impactful launch plans.
Advance the restaurant marketing strategy within the Key Account and Mid Market segments at Deliveroo.
Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to enhance growth through customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and brand awareness initiatives.
