What you’ll do
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and enhance our B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market (GTM) engine. In this role, you will define and optimize the systems, processes, and operational rigor that harmonize Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales, and Partner teams.
Your mission will be to design the future-state GTM technology stack—transforming lead flow, generating insights, and streamlining operational workloads through automation, artificial intelligence, and effective workflows. You will champion operational excellence by enhancing lead management, automating revenue processes, boosting funnel velocity, and fostering efficient cross-functional collaboration.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office. We cultivate a hybrid work environment that balances the energy and connections of in-office work with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two coordinated in-office days per week (Wednesday and Thursday). Starting February 2, 2026, we will transition to three days per week in-office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, as a perk, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
