About the Role
As a Marketing Programs Lead, you will be instrumental in creating and scaling customer acquisition engines that significantly contribute to measurable revenue growth through earned and organic awareness. This senior role is ideal for an individual who can pinpoint high-leverage opportunities, craft compelling business cases, and implement scalable programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and audience expansion. Within the Product Marketing team, your efforts will translate customer insights and positioning into impactful, market-facing initiatives designed to attract the right customers and propel business growth.
Your role will be pivotal in our growth strategy, focusing on developing sustainable acquisition engines that evolve over time. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales, you will launch, evaluate, and amplify programs with a clear focus on ROI. You will enjoy significant ownership, budgetary influence, and the freedom to create initiatives from the ground up. What You'll Do
Identify and Build New Acquisition Engines
- Spot high-leverage opportunities to enhance customer acquisition across various segments and products.
- Develop well-defined hypotheses based on customer insights, revenue potential, and market conditions.
- Initiate, develop, scale, and evaluate resource-intensive marketing programs, such as owned media (podcasts, newsletters, research reports), event series, and experiential initiatives.
Own Revenue Impact
- Formulate and present business cases to secure funding for new programs.
- Be accountable for tracking and demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
