Role Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist in the Fintech sector, you will play a pivotal role in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Collaborating with sales and stakeholders, you will transform strategic visions into impactful field marketing initiatives that stimulate demand, generate leads, and foster business growth through a blend of hands-on execution and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement localized field marketing strategies and events, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and customer meetups, to effectively engage potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to pinpoint high-value accounts, comprehend their needs, and tailor marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and lead generation.
- Create personalized content and messaging for target accounts or industry verticals, crafting meaningful and impactful campaigns.
- Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and execution to ensure seamless experiences and measurable ROI.
- Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies aimed at bolstering brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and collaborate on marketing initiatives that yield significant business outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities to maximize impact and ROI.
- Utilize insights from customers and partners to create tailored marketing campaigns and strengthen collaborations.
- Integrate owned, earned, and paid media channels to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance metrics and KPIs to guarantee measurable business results.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in field and partner marketing, ideally within B2B technology or fintech sectors in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated success in driving demand, pipeline growth, and impactful marketing programs.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to adapt campaigns to regional and account-level needs.
- Proactive and hands-on, capable of managing end-to-end campaigns while foreseeing potential challenges.
- Proficient in event planning, field marketing campaigns, partner programs, and lead generation initiatives.
- Data-driven and analytical, skillfully tracking campaign performance and leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
