Qualifications
What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.Over 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in developing and designing automated production systems.Proficiency in industrial robot systems controls and programming, including pneumatic controls, sensors, servos, and other actuators.Deep understanding of high-precision design principles.Expertise in both 3D and 2D CAD, with SolidWorks as the preferred tool.Strong project planning and execution skills.A proactive attitude, eagerness to take initiative, and the ability to mentor others in a team setting.Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.Data analysis skills using Minitab or JMP.Capability to interpret electrical and plumbing schematics.Willingness to travel periodically (5-10%), including trips to our production facility in Mexico for technology transfer purposes.
