Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Lead design initiatives for HVAC systems and district energy solutions. Conduct field investigations to assess existing conditions. Perform selection and calculations essential for design processes. Collaborate with junior engineers to develop and review project documentation. Engage with clients to analyze design alternatives and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and utility regulations. Preferred Qualifications: 8-10 years of relevant engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Comprehensive experience in HVAC and hydronic system design. Experience with geothermal or district energy systems is preferred. Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD software. Possession of a New York State Professional Engineer’s license is beneficial. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
