About the Team:
The Integrated Performance team is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive perspective on the Terran R project, ensuring that every system on the vehicle and ground is equipped to meet our ambitious goals. This team covers the entire launch system, from trajectory design and aerodynamics to reliability analysis and beyond, exerting direct influence over all phases of the product lifecycle—from conceptual design to post-flight reviews. Beyond analysis, team members actively engage with hardware and operations, empowered to drive significant programmatic improvements. With a distinctive organizational structure, the Integrated Performance team collaborates across various technical domains and works closely with partner teams to address complex challenges.
