ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital creative force in enhancing Boldr’s brand narrative across various multimedia, digital, and campaign platforms. You will take ownership of complex creative projects, turning strategic insights into captivating visual stories that foster thought leadership, drive demand, and promote brand growth.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Content Manager, Campaign Manager, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that all creative outputs are strategically aligned, executed with high standards, and delivered on time. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in refining creative production processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere Pro is essential, along with the capability to seamlessly integrate creative assets into HubSpot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership of Multimedia Production
- Lead the complete creative lifecycle for high-impact multimedia and digital assets, from concept development through production, editing, motion graphics, formatting, versioning, and final delivery.
- Manage the asset pipeline to ensure timely production of creative materials for campaigns, launches, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives.
- Uphold and enhance brand consistency by applying advanced design judgment to elevate visual quality, clarity, and innovation across all outputs.
- Oversee intricate creative timelines from brief to delivery, proactively addressing dependencies, obstacles, and prioritization requirements.
- Foster excellence within the creative production workflow, balancing speed, quality, and experimentation.
