Your Role
As a Senior Marketing Multimedia Specialist, you will be a pivotal creative force in amplifying Boldr's brand narrative across various multimedia and digital platforms. You will lead complex creative projects, translating strategic directives into compelling visual stories that drive brand growth, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Your collaboration with the Content Manager, Campaign Manager, and cross-functional teams will ensure that all creative outputs align strategically, are executed impeccably, and delivered punctually. Additionally, you will play a key role in refining creative processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
This position requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere Pro, coupled with the ability to integrate creative assets within HubSpot seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire creative lifecycle for high-impact multimedia and digital assets, including concept development, production, editing, motion graphics, formatting, versioning, and final delivery.
- Manage the creative asset pipeline to ensure timely production for campaigns, launches, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives.
- Uphold and enhance brand consistency while applying advanced design judgment to elevate visual quality, clarity, and innovation across all outputs.
- Navigate complex creative timelines from inception to delivery, proactively addressing dependencies, blockers, and prioritization needs.
- Foster excellence within the creative production workflow, balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
