Join Databricks as a Senior Named Hunter Account Executive and play a crucial role in our rapid expansion across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this vital sales position, you will contribute significantly to our revenue growth and market presence.
The impact you will have includes:
- Promoting Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform, powered by Spark, and establishing our brand within Enterprise Accounts across diverse industries.
- Identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new sales opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline both independently and in collaboration with the Databricks Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
- Engaging with business and technical decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and purchasing process.
- Consistently surpassing individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets.
- Driving business engagement through local partnerships with technology partners, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
- Fostering customer success and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Developing a comprehensive Territory Strategy.
