Your Role: We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer to bring NetSuite development in-house, enabling us to create a faster, smarter, and more scalable finance engine without depending on outsourced support for daily enhancements. You will work closely with the Accounting team to translate operational needs into impactful workflows, automations, and reporting that streamline our business processes, backed by comprehensive documentation and governance for each release. You will oversee the entire NetSuite development process, identifying customizations, assessing system fragility, and uncovering significant opportunities for improvement. We are looking for a builder who can propose innovative solutions and help establish a sustainable operational rhythm (intake → build → UAT → release → documentation) that grows alongside the company.
