Qualifications
The ideal Senior Network Performance Manager will:Mentor and guide the Network Performance Team through regular feedback sessions, addressing challenges and performance accountability.Coach the Network Performance Management team on utilizing F45 systems and processes to enhance network growth.Effectively manage incoming workflows and allocate tasks accordingly.Educate and support franchisees and studio teams on optimizing F45 processes to increase their membership base.Collaborate with the education team to promote the F45 education pathway, ensuring franchisees and employees complete relevant courses.Work with F45 business functions to align objectives, strategies, and operational feasibility at the studio level.Identify compliance issues through an audit program, focusing on brand identity, supplier ordering, club conditions, health and safety risks, member safety, performance processes, and adherence to operational guidelines.Contribute to the development of F45 operational processes and policies where applicable.Compile and present network performance reports for franchisees and internal stakeholders.Guide franchisees and studio staff in implementing effective member onboarding and induction processes.Advise on scheduling and the successful execution of fitness challenges, including promotional materials and communications to enhance member retention.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead growth within our network by collaborating closely with Franchisees, Studio Teams, and Franchise Performance Managers to meet and exceed performance targets and objectives.
As the leader of the APAC Network Performance Management Team, you will provide direct support to both existing and new franchisees. Your responsibilities will encompass coaching, education, optimizing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with franchise and marketing systems.
This is a full-time opportunity reporting directly to the APAC General Manager.
