Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage firewalls, VPNs, IPS, and NAC solutions in mission-critical settings.Secure network perimeters and internal segments utilizing defense-in-depth methodologies.React swiftly to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational requests with urgency and precision.Support ongoing security enhancements and improvements of network infrastructure.Engage in Agile execution, technical planning, and security risk discussions.Effectively communicate security impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Advise and execute security architecture and operational enhancements.Act as a hands-on technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), delivering immediate contributions with minimal onboarding time.Build and sustain a high level of customer trust and confidence through reliable and secure service delivery.Utilize creativity and engineering insight to develop practical, mission-oriented security solutions.Exhibit proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing next-generation firewalls, VPN solutions, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control platforms.Demonstrate hands-on experience securing network perimeters and internal segments, including policy design, segmentation, and threat mitigation.Show operational experience in deploying and managing firewall rule sets, VPN tunnels, and security policies in mission-critical environments.Possess hands-on familiarity with at least one enterprise security platform, such as Palo Alto Networks.
