Qualifications
Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate responses to technology issues and incidents.Provide exceptional customer service, including off-hour support via cell phone/pager (on-call system approximately every 8 weeks).Develop and enhance Operational Runbooks.Align global strategies with regional demands.Train and mentor team members.Collaborate with networking, systems, e-business, and PC support teams across major metropolitan regions worldwide.Technical Skills:Expertise in network security, including configuration of Internet web/SOCKS/FTP proxies and management of antimalware solutions.Proficient in Bluecoat web/SOCKS/FTP proxies and related management tools.In-depth understanding of packet filtering and stateful inspection.Solid grasp of networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.Intermediate to advanced packet capture and analysis skills using tools like tcpdump.Experience in scripting (e.g., shell scripts, Perl) for operational efficiency.Knowledge of incident response techniques and intrusion prevention systems.
