About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Online Engagement Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will involve close collaboration with various Marketing teams, including Website, Automations, Account Based Marketing, and Content, while also engaging with stakeholders across our Revenue Organization, including Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the L&D tech industry and grow within a truly global team.
Your Responsibilities
- Enhance our online visibility and engagement across all digital platforms utilizing both organic and paid strategies.
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to implement our SEO strategy effectively.
- Lead our GEO strategy, focusing on organic optimization for large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven search experiences, ensuring visibility across a range of search engines.
- Utilize tools such as Semrush for keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and monitoring performance.
- Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Bing, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and return on investment.
- Oversee budget forecasting and planning for paid media campaigns, aligning expenditure with performance expectations and business objectives.
- Establish a robust technical foundation for SEO, GEO, and SEA, managing site structure, schema markup, and accessibility for both traditional crawlers and LLM-based search engines.
