As a Senior Operations Manager, Clinical Operations, reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a range of programs aimed at enhancing margins and performance within Clinical Operations. Collaborating closely with Clinical leaders, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Product teams, you will translate strategic goals into quantifiable results and develop sustainable operating mechanisms. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and the execution of robust systems—ensuring improvements are scalable and well-integrated.
This hybrid position is based in New York City, with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
