About The Role
In this pivotal role as a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead our Operations team, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management. You will collaborate with various departments—including Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management—to define and streamline key business processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership, ensuring efficient execution and a smooth onboarding experience for clients while driving critical business metrics. This high-visibility, impactful role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to address emerging business challenges and drive rapid growth in responsibilities.
This full-time position requires working in our Mountain View, CA office five days a week.
