Qualifications:A university degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT.At least 7 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior operational role managing complex, cross-system incidents and problem investigations.Strong expertise in supporting containerized and cloud-native production environments.Extensive experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Capacity Management.Proficient in Linux/Unix systems, container orchestration, and CI/CD integration (GitHub, SonarQube, Git).Experience in automation and scripting for operational tasks.Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, Red Hat OpenShift, and Ansible Automation Platform.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform, Helm, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.Experience with the operation and optimization of middleware and integration technologies including API gateways, messaging, event-streaming, data transformation, and identity-management platforms.Ability to perform capacity planning, performance trend analysis, and operational risk assessments.Strong understanding of observability, logging, and performance-monitoring tools.Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills, with a proven ability to lead technical discussions.
