Your Role:
As a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager at Kittl, you will take complete charge of our paid acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on revitalizing our Paid Search performance. You will play a pivotal role in managing substantial monthly budgets aimed at driving effective subscription growth.
Your primary responsibility will involve a deep dive into Google Ads data to restructure campaigns for enhanced scalability while continuing to build on our success in Social media. You will lead a culture of rapid creative testing, collaborating with design teams to develop high-converting assets that optimize our algorithms. You will be the architect of our paid growth strategy, ensuring that we maintain an aggressive scaling approach while adhering to strict CPA and ROI goals.
Responsibilities:
Revitalize & Scale Paid Search: Take full ownership of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), analyzing accounts thoroughly to enhance performance and drive scalable growth.
Manage Multi-Channel Strategy: Oversee six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring optimal capital allocation to achieve maximum blended ROI.
High-Velocity Experimentation: Develop and manage the experimentation roadmap, conducting rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.
Deep Data Analysis: Utilize data insights to inform strategies and optimize performance across all paid channels.
